Not sure whether Emotion Code or Body Code is right for you? You don't have to decided before your session. We'll begin with what's present for you now and use muscle testing to explore what may be most relevant, whether that involves trapped emotional energy or a broader range of energetic imbalances. The session is individualized to where you are now and what may be most supportive for you in this moment.
